Terms and Conditions – Season of Lights Members Exhibition

San Antonio Art League & Museum

ELIGIBILITY

This exhibition is open to current members of the San Antonio Art League & Museum (SAALM). All media are welcome. If you are not yet a member, you may join before submitting artwork.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Each member may submit up to [X] artworks for consideration.
  • All works must be original and created by the submitting artist.
  • Submitted work must be suitable for a general audience.
  • Works should be appropriately priced for seasonal gift-giving.

PRESENTATION

  • All 2D work must be gallery-ready with appropriate hanging hardware.
  • 3D works must be stable and able to be displayed securely.
  • SAALM reserves the right to refuse any work that is not properly prepared or that differs significantly from the submitted image.

SALES

  • All work must be for sale.
  • SAALM retains a [20% or 30% – your choice] commission on all sales.
  • Artists will receive payment for sold works within 30 days of the close of the exhibition.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

  • Accepted works must be delivered to SAALM on the designated dates.
  • Unsold work must be picked up by the end of the show or by the posted retrieval deadline.
  • SAALM cannot store unclaimed artwork beyond the pickup deadline.

LIABILITY

SAALM will take reasonable care in handling artwork but is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss. Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

PROMOTION

By entering this exhibition, the artist grants SAALM the right to use submitted images for promotional purposes related to the show, including online and print materials.

AGREEMENT

Submission of work to this exhibition constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.
